A leader at one of the top casinos in Atlantic City has added a new title.
Terry Glebocki, chief executive officer at Ocean Casino Resort since 2019, was named president of the Casino Association of New Jersey (CANJ) on Wednesday. She is the first female president in the history of the organization, according to a news release.

“I am privileged and honored to succeed Steve Callender as the next president of the Casino Association of New Jersey,” Glebocki said in the release. “Steve successfully led our organization during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are grateful for the strength and leadership he has shown in these unprecedented times.

Casino Workers Getting COVID Vaccinations
CANJ, AtlantiCare and UNITE HERE Local 54 Atlantic City casino workers began receiving COVID-19 vaccinations March 29 at the Atlantic County COVID-19 vaccination megasite. All three organizations are working together to prioritize vaccinating approximately 25,000 casino employees by Memorial Day.
“The casino industry, in partnership with AtlantiCare and UNITE HERE Local 54, is giving all of our workers an additional opportunity to get vaccinated by Memorial Day,” Glebocki said. “We will also continue to employ our wide-ranging, comprehensive health protocols to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable experience.
